Placing Orders

Secure orders can be placed electronically through our website using a credit card, Paypal, or other electronic services listed at checkout. If you wish to pay by mail, please contact us

Shipping Timeline and Options

Most will be shipped within 1–4 days, though please allow for up to 10 business days for your order to be processed (including expedited shipping classes). All available shipping service providers, their shipping classes, and associated rates that are available to customers are listed at checkout and vary by destination and the size and weight of the order.

All USA orders are shipped using the service selected at checkout (e.g. USPS, UPS, etc.). International shipping services vary by country, with all options listed at checkout.

All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions.

Media Mail

Order shipped via the USPS Media Mail class average a 2–6 day transit time (within the U.S.), but may be held for processing by the USPS for several weeks. This delay is out of our control. In the event of such a delay, we suggest using the tracking number associated with your order to stay up to date on the status of your shipment.

Back Ordered Items

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are based on the availability of your items. In the event of an item being unavailable, your entire order will be held for shipment until the item is available. If you want to split a delayed or back-stocked order, additional shipping fees will be required.

Shipping Service Responsibilities

Once your order is processed and in the possession of a shipping service provider, it is out of the control of Mycoculture Research, Arts, and Development. We are not responsible for any delays in your shipment due to the shipping service provider selected when placing your order. In the event that your order is lost or delayed in shipment, we suggest contacting the appropriate shipping service to determine options for resolution or compensation. We will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages – you must file a claim with the carrier in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged shipment.

International Import Duties

International customers are responsible for the cost of all importations duties and customs fees. Import fees are not included in your order total. Please determine the cost to import your items before completing your order so that you are aware of these costs.

In the event that items are returned to Mycoculture Research, Arts, and Development due to a customer's refusal to pay for import costs, the customer will be refunded for the items less the original shipping cost and any costs associated with returning the items to Mycoculture Research, Arts, and Development.

Returns and Exchanges: Physical Goods

We accept returns that are initiated within 14 days of customer receipt. To arrange the return, please contact us.

Returns apply only to those items purchased directly from mycoculturerad.com. Returned items must be in a new condition with no visible signs of wear, notable scents, or other alterations. Items in any other condition will not be credited and will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Returned items will be fully refunded, minus the initial cost of shipping, after being processed by us. Shipping costs of returns are only refunded if the return is a result of our error.

Accepted returns are reimbursed in the form of store credit only. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. We do not issue cash refunds.

Please allow for up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.

Final Sale

All purchases made on sale items are final. Sale items include items that are perpetually on sale (e.g. a clearance item) or that are sold during a temporary sale (e.g. a seasonal site-wide sale). Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or that were discontinued. All items shipped before the start of a sale will not be credited for their sale price.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the original item must be sent back in "new" condition. Mycoculture Research, Arts, and Development will not cover the cost of return shipping, nor of the cost of shipping the new item.

Please allow for up to 10 business days for exchanges to be processed.

Wrong Address / Return to Sender Returns: Physical Goods

If an item is returned to us by a shipping service due to an error on our part, we will reship the order to you at no additional charge. If the item is returned to us due to you having entered an inaccurate or incomplete address when placing your order, you will need to pay for the cost of shipping the order again in order to receive your order.

Any product shipped back to Mycoculture Research, Arts, and Development due to customer failure to receive or collect from the carrier or facility (i.e. packages marked RTS, Return To Sender) will be subject to a $15 RTS Fee. In addition, all orders shipped via USPS Media Mail and returned to us due to the wrong shipping address being used at checkout will incur an additional fee equal to the order's original shipping rate. This is a fee levied on No-Such-Address (NSA) shipments by the USPS (so as to offset the reduced rate of Media Mail class shipments), which we pass on to customers that incorrectly enter their address.

If you do not wish to pay the cost of re-shipping, we will refund your original order, minus the initial cost of shipping and any of the above fees, if applicable.

Event Tickets and Merchandise Refunds

All ticket sales for all events, including the Radical Mycology Convergence, are final. Tickets will only be refunded if an event is cancelled. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a schedule change, inclement weather, or any other logistical reason.

If you are unable to attend the event, you can gift your ticket to another person prior to the event’s start.

Event merchandise that is ordered before the start of event can be cancelled prior to their shipment for no fee, following the physical goods return policies detailed above.

All merchandise sales at an event are final and non-refundable.
