We do not intentionally direct our services to children or minors. Some events, offerings, or products may have additional age restrictions, which will be stated where applicable.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. Please review it carefully.
ACCOUNTS
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or create risk for MYC RAD or others.

You may be able to submit comments, applications, testimonials, reviews, messages, images, links, files, social media handles, or other materials (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant MYC RAD a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, distribute, archive, and promote that content in connection with our site, programs, publications, events, operations, and marketing.
You are responsible for your User Content. PRODUCTS, ORDERS, AND AVAILABILITY
We may change, discontinue, limit quantities of, or stop offering any product, ticket, digital item, event, donation option, or service at any time. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, colors, shipping estimates, event details, and other information may contain errors or change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, refuse service, limit purchases, or refund transactions where information is inaccurate, an item is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or the order creates risk for us or others.
PRICES, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS
Prices and discounts may change without notice. Discount codes, reduced-rate tickets, promotions, and special offers may be limited by product, ticket type, event, date, quantity, customer, or other conditions. We may refuse, cancel, or modify discounts that are expired, misused, technically erroneous, or inconsistent with their stated purpose.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND PHYSICAL GOODS
Shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical goods are governed by the policies posted on the site at the time of purchase. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a specific product policy, returned physical goods must be in original condition and returned within the applicable return window.
EVENT TICKETS, WORKSHOPS, AND IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES
Ticket purchases, registrations, workshops, classes, festivals, and other events may be subject to event-specific rules, refund policies, accessibility information, venue policies, health and safety requirements, age limits, capacity limits, weather plans, and codes of conduct.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that in-person activities involve inherent risks, including personal injury, illness, property loss, travel disruption, weather, venue conditions, acts of others, and other circumstances outside our control. You are responsible for determining whether an event is appropriate for your abilities, health, schedule, and circumstances.
We may change event times, locations, lineups, speakers, artists, workshops, venues, formats, or policies when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an event, our responsibility will be limited to the refund or credit policy stated for that event, unless otherwise required by law. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, equipment, lost wages, or other expenses incurred in connection with an event.
We may remove or refuse admission to anyone who violates event rules, creates a safety concern, disrupts others, or behaves abusively, without refund where permitted by law.
PHOTOGRAPHY, RECORDING, AND LIKENESS AT EVENTS
Events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded by MYC RAD or others. By attending, you acknowledge that your image, voice, likeness, or participation may appear incidentally in event documentation or promotional materials. If you have concerns, please contact event staff when you arrive.
DIGITAL ITEMS AND ONLINE CONTENT
Digital items, downloads, recordings, online materials, and other digital content are for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated. You may not share login credentials, redistribute files, copy protected content, post paid materials publicly, or use digital content commercially without permission.
Digital purchases may be final sale unless a different refund policy is stated at purchase or required by law.

The site may link to or embed third-party websites, videos, maps, payment tools, donation platforms, social media services, newsletter tools, analytics tools, or other services. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYC RAD and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business, opportunity, or use, arising from or related to your use of the site, purchases, digital content, donations, events, or third-party services.
