Retailer Terms

• New trade customers must provide a reseller’s permit and pay for their first two orders prior to shipment.
• Credit terms are 30 days (Net 30), with initial credit equal to the average amount of the first two orders.
• All wholesale books are unsigned unless noted otherwise.

We are very appreciative of any person, business, or organization that wishes to carry our goods and help promote the mycoculture movement. As a small organization, we ask that retailers sell our goods at their suggested retail price (MSRP) and only on their own website, at their physical locations ("brick and mortar shops"), and at their own in-person events.

We ask that retailers not sell our items on Amazon.com, Etsy.com, Ebay.com, Alibris.com, and similar websites as these practices are not helpful for us at this time.

Overstock Returns

• No permission is required to return items, but all returns must be accompanied by their original invoice number and order date. Items returned with this information will be credited with 100% of the invoice price minus shipping – we do not offer cash refunds.
• Credit is applied to future purchases from Mycoculture Research, Arts, and Development and must be used within one year of issuance.
• Returns are not accepted until at least 90 days has passed since their date of arrival to a retailer. Returns will not be accepted if they are shipped more than a year from their date of arrival to a retailer. Exceptions to this return window are only permitted with our written permission, which is granted at our discretion.
• Returns will be denied on items that are damaged in shipment or that we receive in an otherwise unsalable condition. Please package returns carefully. Damaged returns will be shipped back to the retailer at the expense of the retailer.

Damaged or Short Returns

• For full credit on damaged or shorted orders, a report must be sent to us via email within 30 days of the order’s invoice date. Please send complete invoice details and photographs with all emailed claims.
• Immediate returns are accepted in the event of damage or other fulfillment error (i.e. the 90-day minimum noted above does not apply to damaged items).
• Damaged items will be replaced or credit will be issued immediately upon their return.
